Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Commitment: EventoPrime is built on a simple, honest business model: Hosts pay us a fixed fee each time they create an event. We do not sell your data, run advertisements, or make money from your personal information in any way.
1. Who We Are
EventoPrime is an event management platform connecting Hosts (Organizers) with Attendees (Users), available as a mobile app (Android & iOS) and web portal, operated from Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

2. Who This Policy Applies To
- Hosts - individuals or organizations who create and manage events
- Users / Attendees - individuals who register for events
- Visitors - anyone browsing the app or website without an account
3. What Information We Collect
For Hosts
- Full name, email address, mobile number, password (bcrypt hashed - never stored as plain text)
- Profile picture (optional), office/business address
- Event details: name, description, date, time, venue, pricing, UPI ID, participant limits, age restrictions, cancellation policy
For Users / Attendees
- Full name, mobile number (for OTP login), email address
- Profile picture (optional), home address, age, gender
- Payment screenshot - uploaded as proof of UPI payment to the Host. Stored securely on AWS S3 for verification only.
- Any custom fields defined by the Host for a specific event (e.g. T-shirt size, meal preference)
Collected Automatically
- Device type, OS, app version, session activity logs
- IP address (for security and fraud detection only)
What We Do NOT Collect
- Credit/debit card numbers or net banking credentials
- UPI PINs or passwords
- Financial transaction data between Users and Hosts (UPI payments are made directly - EventoPrime is not in that money flow)
4. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties - ever.
5. Payment Information
Host Payment to EventoPrime (Event Creation Fee)
Processed via Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We store only: Razorpay Order ID, Payment ID, amount, and timestamp. We never store card numbers, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs.
User Payment to Host (Registration Fee)
Made directly via UPI from User to Host. EventoPrime is not a party to this transaction. We do not receive, hold, or transfer this money. Users upload a payment screenshot which is stored on AWS S3 solely for host verification and deleted 90 days after the event.

7. Data Security
- All passwords stored using bcrypt hashing - we cannot see your password
- All data transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Files stored on AWS S3 with access-controlled URLs
- JWT tokens used for authentication with defined expiry periods
- Access to user data restricted to authorized EventoPrime team members only

8. Children's Privacy
EventoPrime is not directed at individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has registered, contact Support@eventoprime.com immediately.
9. Your Rights

To exercise any right, email Support@eventoprime.com with subject "Data Rights Request". We respond within 30 days.
10. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes via email to your registered address (at least 30 days before the change takes effect) and via an in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
