Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the EventoPrime app or web portal, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if younger), and that you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the Platform

EventoPrime is a multi-organizer event management platform that enables:

• Hosts to create, publish, and manage events; collect registrations; verify attendee payments; and manage check-ins via QR scanning
• Users / Attendees to discover events, register, make payments directly to Hosts via UPI, and receive QR tickets for entry
• Super Admin to manage platform integrity and oversee organizers

3. Account Registration

Host Accounts

• Must register with accurate personal and contact information
• Must pay the applicable per-event creation fee to EventoPrime via Razorpay before creating each event
• Are responsible for all events created under their account

User Accounts

• Registered via mobile number OTP verification
• Must provide accurate profile information
• Responsible for maintaining the security of their account

4. Host Responsibilities

• Accuracy: Provide complete, truthful event information including date, time, venue, and pricing
• Per-Event Fee: Pay EventoPrime's event creation fee via Razorpay before publishing. This fee is non-refundable once an event is published.
• Payment Collection: Collect registration payments directly from Users via your own UPI ID. EventoPrime is not involved in this transaction.
• Refunds: Define and honor a clear refund/cancellation policy. EventoPrime is not responsible for any refunds or disputes between Hosts and Users arising from UPI payments.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure events comply with all applicable Indian laws, licenses, permits, and safety regulations.
• No Illegal Events: Must not create events that promote illegal activities, hatred, discrimination, violence, or infringe third-party IP rights.
• Attendee Data: May only use attendee data collected through EventoPrime for managing the specific event. Must not use it for unsolicited marketing or sell to third parties.

5. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Provide truthful registration information. False information may result in account suspension.
• Payment: Make UPI payments directly to the Host's UPI ID as shown. Users are responsible for paying the correct amount to the correct UPI ID and retaining payment proof.
• Disputes: EventoPrime is not a party to the UPI transaction. Disputes must be resolved directly between User and Host.
• QR Tickets: Each QR ticket is valid for one-time entry only. Sharing, duplicating, or attempting to use a ticket more than once is strictly prohibited.
• Event Conduct: Comply with all event rules and instructions provided by the Host.

6. EventoPrime's Role & Limitations

• Platform Only: EventoPrime is a technology platform. We are not the organizer of any event listed on the platform.
• Not a Payment Intermediary: EventoPrime does not receive, hold, or transfer money between Users and Hosts. Only the per-event creation fee from Hosts flows through our system via Razorpay.
• No Event Guarantee: EventoPrime does not guarantee that any event will take place as listed. If a Host cancels, the Host is solely responsible for communicating with attendees and processing refunds.
• No Payment Verification Guarantee: The screenshot verification process is managed entirely by the Host. EventoPrime provides tools but does not independently verify any payment.

7. Fees & Payments

Event Creation Fee (Host → EventoPrime)

Hosts pay a per-event creation fee to EventoPrime before publishing each event. This fee is processed via Razorpay and is non-refundable once published. The fee amount is displayed clearly before payment and is subject to change with 30 days' advance notice.

Registration Fee (User → Host)

Users pay the registration fee directly to the Host via UPI. EventoPrime does not charge Users any platform fee or service charge. The registration fee is set entirely by the Host.

Taxes

Hosts are responsible for determining and collecting applicable taxes (including GST) on their registration fees. EventoPrime will collect and remit applicable taxes on event creation fees charged to Hosts as required by Indian law.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Creating fraudulent, misleading, or fake events
• Impersonating another person, organization, or entity
• Collecting registrations and payments without intending to conduct the event
• Using the platform to promote or facilitate illegal activities
• Attempting to bypass QR ticket validation or gain unauthorized entry
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or extracting data from the platform
• Uploading false or fabricated payment screenshots
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or hosts
• Violating any applicable law of India

9. Intellectual Property

The EventoPrime name, logo, app design, and all related technology are the exclusive intellectual property of EventoPrime. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission. You retain ownership of content you submit (event descriptions, images, etc.) but grant EventoPrime a non-exclusive license to display it for platform operation purposes.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

EventoPrime is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for disputes, losses, or claims arising from Host cancellations, rejected payment screenshots, failed UPI transactions, or disputes over event quality.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, EventoPrime's total liability shall not exceed: for Hosts - the event creation fee paid for the specific event; for Users - ₹1,000 (One Thousand Rupees).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EventoPrime, its founders, employees, and representatives from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful use of the platform, or any dispute between you and another Host or User.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

EventoPrime may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is inactive for more than 24 consecutive months. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by emailing support@eventoprime.com.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We encourage contacting Support@eventoprime.com to seek informal resolution before initiating legal proceedings.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will send email notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect and display an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
